Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-62 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 4 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, 2008 SURFACE WATER <br />MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 13, 2008, <br />awarding the contract for 2008 Surface Water Management Project to Penn <br />Contracting, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final) and <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />Payment Request No. 4 (Final) and Compensating Change Order No. 1 <br />is approved for a final contract amount of $88,523.00. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24"' day of August, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof. <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />• <br />
