This project will help improve the bottom line for the Hampton Inn which <br />currently is in default on its taxes. <br />If not allowed to convert to senior housing, the Country Inn will most likely <br />suffer some form of debilitating financial situation. <br />Conversion may help both the Hampton Inn and former Country Inn remain <br />solid tax- paying businesses. <br />For all of the above stated reasons, we would like to move forward to convert the <br />existing Country Inn and Suites into a viable senior housing community.
