Review of Regular Meeting Agenda <br />Aa <br />➢ Open Mike / Public Comment <br />Kevin Stanton, 1157 Main Street, proposes that the city switch to Amsoil for city <br />vehicles <br />➢ Call to Order and Roll Call <br />6:40 p.m. — Present were Council Members Reinert, Gallup, O'Donnell and <br />Mayor Bergeson; Council Member Stoltz was absent <br />➢ Pledge of Allegiance <br />➢ Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />Agenda amended to add 35W sound wall petition; and to delete Items 6D i & ii <br />i <br />Petition requesting installation of a noise barrier on the south side of 35W <br />The council heard comments from several persons relative to the <br />petition and their request for a noise barrier; The council directed <br />staff to review the concerns and confer with MnDOT on the situation; <br />The council will receive a report from staff at a future work session <br />A) Consideration of Expenditures: <br />i) September 28, 2009 (Check No. 86722 through <br />86795) in the amount of $384,251.31; <br />ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No. 3960 through <br />3978) in the amount of $37,428.17 <br />B) B) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 09 -70, Appointing <br />Qualified Election Judges for 2009 Municipal Election <br />Pg 4 -18 <br />Pg 19 <br />Pg 20 -23 <br />
