MEETING DATE: October 26, 2009 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 09 -90: Conditional Use Permit <br />for a Church at 7868 Lake Drive <br />VOTE: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />We received an application for a conditional use permit for a church on the site of the <br />former VFW, which constructed the building in 2004. The site has a conditional use <br />permit (CUP) for a private club, but a different CUP is needed for a church. <br />The VFW approval in 2004 included the building and site improvements. Many of the <br />required improvements were not completed. These were re- examined to determine what <br />should be done as conditions of the church CUP.
