SUMMARY MINUTES <br />Monday, November 9, 2009 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />(Scheduled to be broadcast on Channel 16) <br />City Council: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members O'Donnell, Reinert, & Gallup <br />➢ Call to Order and Roll Call <br />6:35 p.m. — Present: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members Reinert, Gallup, and <br />O'Donnell <br />➢ Open Mike / Public Comment <br />No Comments. <br />➢ Pledge of Allegiance <br />➢ Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />The agenda was amended to move 6Bi and 6Bii to a future meeting; <br />acceptance of the donation from the Turtleman Triathlon was added under <br />Special Presentation. <br />Centennial Fire District Chief Jerry Streich — Life Saver Award <br />Acceptance of donation from Turtleman Triathlon. <br />Action Taken: The donation from Turtleman Triathlon was accepted as <br />presented. <br />A) Consideration of Expenditures: <br />i) November 9, 2009 (Check No. 87107 through <br />87173) in the amount of $297,996.64; <br />ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No. 4012 through <br />4024) in the amount of $8,822.76 <br />B) Consider approval of Oct 26, 2009 Council Work Session Minutes <br />C) Consider approval of Oct 26, 2009 Council Meeting Minutes <br />Pg 3 -17 <br />D) Consideration of Resolution 09 -93, Accepting Donations for the Pg 18 -19 <br />Gobbler Games Special Event <br />Action Taken: Motion by O'Donnell, seconded by Gallup, to approve Consent <br />Agenda Items lA through 1D, was adopted <br />
