ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 09 -94 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 11 -09 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 04 -04 which established the Planned Unit <br />Development for the Legacy at Woods Edge and the Lino Lakes Town Center Design <br />and Development Guideline for the project <br />The purpose of amending the Planned Unit Development for the Legacy at Woods Edge <br />that was created by Ordinance No. 04 -04 is to clarify the use known as Assisted Living <br />Facilities and to clearly identify the district requirements for the placement of such <br />facilities within the project area, and to correct non - substantive errors in the Lino Lakes <br />Town Center Design and Development Guideline which regulates the development of <br />the project area. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on November 9, 2009. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
