D. Environmental studies, wetland delineations, and wetland surveys. <br />E. Soil borings and laboratory tests; field and/or other geotechnical investigations. <br />F. Expenses associated with public hearing(s) including meeting place, hearing officer, <br />court reporter, typing of transcript, and publication of public notices. <br />G. Publication and wiling expenses associated with public notifications, including the <br />tabulation of property owners' mailing addresses. <br />H. Assistance in obtaining financing for the Project; detailed quantity surveys of material, <br />equipment, and labor. <br />I. Services resulting from significant changes in extent and scope of the Project or its design <br />including, but not limited to, changes in size, complexity, CITY'S schedule, or character <br />of construction or methods of financing, and revising previously accepted studies, reports <br />when such revisions are due to causes beyond TKDA'S control. <br />J. Preparing to serve or serving as expert witness in connection with any legal or arbitration <br />proceeding. <br />IV. PERIOD OF SERVICE <br />TKDA shall commence services promptly upon receipt of the signed Authorization, and <br />complete and distribute the Feasibility Reports within 90 days thereafter. <br />V.
