COUNCIL MINUTES May 12, 2014 <br />APPROVED <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : May 12, 2014 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:30 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 6:50 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Stoesz, Kusterman, afffferty, <br />9 Roeser, and Mayor Reinert <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: Community Development Director Michael Grochala; Chief of Police John <br />13 Swenson; and City Clerk Julie Bartell <br />14 <br />15 PUBLIC COMMENT <br />16 <br />17 Melissa Maher, 6462 Fawn Lane, said she supports the concept of more urban agriculture and urged <br />18 the council to amend the city code to allow more flexibility for having chickens in the city. <br />19 <br />20 Mr. Johnson 6602 East Shadow Lake Court, noted his concern about the number of potholes in the <br />21 city. The mayor noted that it's been a difficult year for holes and the city is working hard on patching <br />22 as well as working with Anoka County on roadway repairs. <br />23 <br />24 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />25 <br />26 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />27 <br />28 CONSENT AGENDA <br />29 <br />30 Council Member Roeser moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 11 as presented. <br />31 Council Member Kusterman seconded the motion.
