Although the city and Anoka County
unsuccessfully sought federal transportation funding in 2007 and the intersection is not included
in Anoka County capital improvement plans, staff has prepared a resolution that can be
submitted to the County requesting inclusion of the intersection.

Council Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 09 -116 as presented.
