C <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Cindy Sherman (NAC) <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: March 14, 2001 <br />TOPIC: Target PDO <br />At the February 13th meeting, the Planning and Zoning Board continued the public hearing <br />related to the proposal by Ryan Companies for a mixed commercial site located north of Lake <br />Drive, adjacent to I -35W. <br />No new information has been submitted and therefore, staff recommends that the hearing be <br />continued until April 11, 2001. <br />
