• <br />• <br />• <br />To: City of Lino Lakes Zoning Commission: <br />Re: Land use application — Variance Request for the property located at 6641 E. Shadow <br />Lake Drive. <br />Sir: we respectfully request a small variance for the purpose of adding an addition to our <br />residence. We believe the variance may be necessary in the area where we would like to <br />add 2 bedrooms above and a garage below. Please see the attached drawings that are <br />drawn to scale. <br />The specific area of the variance is on the south side of the house away from the lake. <br />The amount of variance is approximately one foot. The addition will be garage below <br />and bedroom above, and will be, after construction 9 feet from the property line instead <br />of the required 10 feet.
