CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-185 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2003 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2003 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their work session held August 28, 2002, and, <br />- WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and made adjustments to the utility rate schedule for the years <br />MOM <br />IMMO <br />2001 -2003 sufficient to fund the utility operations in those years, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2003 are hereby adopted: <br />2003 Water Operating Budget 2003 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues $ 991,700 $1,130,000 <br />Transfers 301,355 -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,293,055 $1,130,000 <br />Operating Expenses $ 863,477 $1,129,250 <br />Debt Service 415.389 -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,278,836 $1,129,250 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 14,219 $ 750 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 16th day of December, 2002. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
