This <br />recommendation should be based on findings outlined by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />3. Table the application and request more information. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends rezoning the property located at 7651 Lake Drive from NB, <br />Neighborhood Business District to GB, General Business District. This <br />recommendation is based on the findings made in this report and is subject to the <br />following conditions. <br />1. The applicant must submit and receive approval of a minor subdivision <br />application prior to construction of any kind on this site. <br />2. The applicant shall submit and receive approval of a detailed site plan in <br />conformance with all applicable performance standards for properties in the GB <br />District prior to construction of any kind on this site. <br />• <br />• <br />
