I have the following comments: <br />Plat <br />1. The plat provides an area of approximately 40 feet by 34 feet for the proposed lift station <br />site. The minimum area the City requires for a lift station is 80 feet by 80 feet. <br />The plat lists lot numbers only. The block numbers need to be added to the plat. <br />2. <br />Grading Plan <br />1. The low opening elevations for Lots 12 and 13 on the east side of Sioux Lane <br />foot above the emergency overflow elevation. <br />2. The 902 contour on Lot 23 does not tie into the proper existing contour. <br />3. The 896 contour on Lot 16 intersects the 894 contour. <br />4. The 890 contour on both of the NURP basins intersects themselves. <br />5. There are several points along the east side of the property where the 894 and <br />contours overlap one another. <br />6. The southern NURP basin states the outlet is at an 891 elevation, but the note <br />states the outlet elevation is 890. Which one is correct? <br />7.
