Mr. Martinson answered <br />affirmatively and stated Anoka County Commissioner Margaret Langfeld has obtained a <br />letter of approval from Anoka County Highway Engineer Jon Olson. <br />Mr. Lyden asked if they will add drive -thru lanes. Mr. Martinson stated they have no <br />plans at the present time. <br />Ms. Lane asked if this will be a divided roadway in the future. Mr. Powell stated the <br />County has initiated a reconstruction road project and will propose a divided section. <br />However, the City has indicated it prefers one lane in each direction with a shared turn <br />lane. <br />Mr. Martinson stated they are aware of that project in the iiscussions with the County. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to close the public hearin at 7:05 p.m., and was supported <br />by Mr. Rafferty. The applicant must submit and receive approval of a minor subdivision <br />application prior to construction of any kind on this site. <br />2. The applicant shall submit and receive approval of a detailed site plan in <br />conformance with all applicable performance standards for properties in the GB <br />District prior to construction of any kind on this site. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Corson. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />F.
