Staff discussed the request with the City Council at the June 6 work <br />session. Council directed staff to bring the request to the P & Z for a recommendation. It <br />will then go to the City Council at its June 25 meeting. <br />Staff recommends approving the new building design and revising the condition of <br />approval to delete the sentence regarding the cattail design. Condition number four <br />would thus read: <br />4. The warehouse portion will be precast concrete panels and the office portion of <br />the building shall be decorative concrete rock -face block as indicated on the <br />exterior elevations by Stiglich Construction, Inc., dated 5/1/01 <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the new building design and the revision of the condition of approval. <br />2. Deny the request for a different building design. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
