G <br />Daniel Licht (NAC) <br />June 13, 2001 <br />TOPIC: Preliminary Plat <br />Highland Meadows 3rd Addition <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Preliminary Plat (3/5 Vote) <br />BACKGROUND <br />TSM Development, Inc.has submitted an application for a preliminary plat entitled Highland <br />Meadows 3rd Addition. The subject site is located south of Main Street and west of Lake Drive. <br />The property is planned for low density residential uses and is zoned R -1/PDO and R -1 Districts. <br />The proposed preliminary plat is a re -plat of Highland Meadows 2nd Addition and incorporates <br />an additional 25 acres as part of the project.
