In addition, it provides continued access <br />to the adjacent property. <br />Approval of the application as submitted is to forego an opportunity for implementation <br />of the City's long -range plan. <br />Staff recommends that the minor subdivision be approved only if a road easement is <br />dedicated to the City that includes the one -acre piece and the eastern 66 feet of the larger <br />11 -acre portion. <br />Conditions of Approval <br />1. A road easement shall be dedicated to the City that includes the one -acre piece and <br />the eastern 66 feet of the larger 11 -acre portion. <br />2. Park dedication is $1665. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the minor subdivision as proposed. <br />2. Approve the minor subdivision with the conditions listed above. <br />3.
