• <br />• <br />Memorandum <br />To: Jeff Symser <br />From: Mary Divine <br />Date: 1/03/02 <br />Re: P &Z Liaison to EDAC <br />cc: Michael Grochala <br />At the January 3, 2002 Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) meeting, <br />members requested that the Planning & Zoning Board appoint a liaison to attend 2002 <br />EDAC meetings. The purpose of a liaison is to periodically inform EDAC about P &Z <br />issues, and to keep P &Z informed about economic development issues. Rob Rafferty <br />served as liaison in 2001. <br />EDAC meets at 7 a.m. on the first Thursday of the month in the community room. It is <br />not a requirement that P &Z appoint a liaison, but it has been the practice for a number of <br />years. If members wish to continue this practice, please ask them to appoint a liaison for <br />this year. <br />Thank you. <br />
