He expected the <br />Met Council to give their input on the Plan shortly and then the City would need to <br />respond to their comments. He stated further discussions would need to be held, which <br />would dictate how long it would take. <br />Chair Schaps invited applicant to make comment. <br />Matthew Weiland and Brian Krystofiak, Tollefson Development, Inc. <br />Mr. Weiland stated they realized that traffic an d safe t big concern for this project. <br />He stated they attempted to design this project prot ect. he wetlands on site. She stated Met Council would not <br />necessarily give the City what they wanted. <br />Lou Masonick, stated they had three neighborhood meetings, not two. He stated they <br />were not against development, but expressed concern it might be going too fast. He <br />presented to the Board a summary of the concerns and questions by the neighboring <br />properties. He stated while they did not oppose the development of the property, they felt <br />the development should take place in a responsible manner that increased the quality of <br />life of all taxpaying citizens of Lino Lakes.
