That the proposed actions will be in keeping with the spirit and intent of the <br />Ordinance. <br />Granting the Variance will allow the applicant to comply with City Ordinance. <br />As a result of the above Findings of Fact, staff recommends approval of the Variance, <br />with the following condition: the lot size Variance and Minor Subdivision discussed in <br />agenda item 5B (Thorp) must obtain City Council approval before this Variance is <br />effective. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Recommend approval of the Variance with the above condition. <br />2. Recommend denial of the Variance. <br />3.
