• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 5E <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Michael Grochala <br />P AND Z MEETING DATE: May 8, 2002 <br />TOPIC: Village Hills — Final Plat and easement <br />vacation, Rezoning, and Site & Building <br />Plan Review <br />BACKGROUND <br />Glenn Rehbein Companies has submitted an application for Site and Building Plan <br />Review and Rezoning to allow the development of a neighborhood business center at the <br />northwest corner of Ware Rd. and Birch St. <br />The project was scheduled for a public hearing at the May 8, 2002, Planning and Zoning <br />Board Meeting. However, due to recent modifications of the site, the developer has <br />requested that review of the proposed development be postponed until the June 12, 2002, <br />Planning & Zoning Board meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />No action is necessary at this time, however public hearing notices were previously <br />distributed. As such staff will provided a general overview of the project and be <br />available to address any general public comment on the proposed project. A full review <br />of the project will be prepared for the June meeting. <br />
