PUBLIC <br />Allocation, <br />G — Stoney <br />Prelimi <br />Chair Schaps opene <br />k, Comprehensive Plan Amendment/MUSA <br />Plat <br />'earing at 7:05 p.m. <br />Staff presented the application by Stoneybrook, Comprehensive Plan Amendment/MUSA <br />Allocation, Rezoning, and Preliminary Plat. <br />Staff reviewed the background of the lot by explaining Tollefson Development, Inc. had <br />submitted an pplication for preliminary plat approval of Stoneybrook, a 102 lot single - <br />family residential subdivision. The request also required approval of a Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment to allocate MUSA to the site and a Rezoning from R, Rural District to <br />R -1X, Single Family Executive Residential District. <br />Staff stated the site was located adjacent to and south of Birch Street and a quarter mile <br />west of Centerville Road. <br />Staff presented its analysis by explaining the project consisted of a 78 acre parcel that <br />was currently an agricultural use containing approximately 19 acres of wetland. <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
