Any future expansion shall require Site Plan Review and a Conditional Use Permit <br />Amendment. <br />6.) A tree inventory, tree preservation plan, and revised landscape plan are to be <br />reviewed by the City's Environmental Specialist. All trees shown placed in ponding <br />or drain field areas are to be moved to more suitable areas. <br />7.) The City Engineer shall review and approve all necessary grading, utility, and <br />drainage plans: issues identified in the memo dated May 1, 2002, from City Engineer <br />Jim Studenski are to be resolved to his satisfaction prior to City Council review. <br />8.) Design specifications for the fire suppression system will be required prior to City <br />Council review. <br />9.) A performance agreement shall be prepared, including financial securities, and <br />executed prior to City Council review. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.) Recommend approval of the Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit, with <br />conditions. <br />2.) Recommend denial of the Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit. <br />3.)
