Add pervious parking to future parking <br />expansion. Avoid tree buffer around pond. <br />• Submit a Tree Inventory and Preservation Plan. Protect tree buffer around pond. <br />• Increase infiltration and stormwater practices on site. Encourage church to <br />reconsider use of grant money offered to them by RCWD, to perform innovative <br />surface -water management design. <br />• Landscape Plan <br />• Change Colorado spruce to White spruce or Oaks. <br />• Change Sugar maples to Hackberry, Oak, Red maple or River birch. <br />• Design plantings out of the water areas of infiltration ponds. <br />• Page 1 <br />
