• <br />• <br />• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />June 12, 2002 <br />Page 15 <br />Staff noted use of the site for a petting zoo /farm visit site appeared to conform to the <br />general guidelines outlined for a Conditional Use for a Rural zone under the Lino Lakes <br />City Ordinance, and staff would recommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit, <br />with conditions. <br />As various fire and building code issues come into play depending on how the site was <br />used, staff would recommend the following conditions: <br />1.) All parking must be contained on site. The driveway should be widened to 24 <br />feet to better accommodate visitor traffic. Parking surfaces should be rocked; any <br />paved/impervious parking surfaces will require submission and approval of a <br />grading plan to the City Engineer. <br />2.)
