The two street access points onto CSAH 10 (Birch Street) is currently under review by Anoka County. The 2001 City of Lino Lakes Transportation Plan Shows Birch Street as a Major Collector roadway. Grading Standards: General design meets requirements by the City of Lino Lakes. Further review will be required upon addressing issues as outlined in the storm sewer review. Documentation of material entering and leaving the site will be necessary prior to approval of the plans. Minimum ditch grades of 2% will be required. Recommendation: The design generally meets City requirements. Upon completion of the above issues, final approval can be given for the proposed Stoneybrook subdivision.
