ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING APRIL 25, 2007 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />DATE : April 25, 2007 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:33 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 7:30 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Mary Jo O’Dea, Martha DeHaven, Barbara <br />Bor, Kimberly Brouillet, Peter Brown and <br />Paula Andrzejewski <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Alan Traylor <br />STAFF PRESENT : Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson, <br /> <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea had a change to the March 28, 2007 minutes on page 3, should read: <br />Motion carried 6-0, not 7-0. Page 4, second paragraph, should read: include a <br />burn, not berm at the end of this year. <br /> <br />Ms. Brouillet made a motion to approve the March 28, 2007 minutes with <br />changes. Ms. Andrzejewski seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Ms. Brouillet made a motion to approve the agenda as is. Ms. Bor seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Opened and closed at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br /> A. LaMotte Soil Excavation <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson presented his staff report to board members. He noted that at this <br />time, Rice Creek Watershed District has determined this application to be <br />incomplete. <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson stated that a tree preservation plan is not necessary. <br /> <br />Mr. Brian Baroussa from MFRA Engineering was present to answer questions. <br />1 DRAFT MINUTES
