Upon approval of the 2001 Comprehensive <br />Plan Update, by Metropolitan Council, the proposed residential development would be <br />eligible for the MUSA Allocation of 54.73 acres based on the following findings: <br />1. The application for 54.73 acres of MUSA was being made in conjunction with the <br />request for preliminary plat approval. <br />2. The applicant had requested an R -1X zoning designation be applied to the proposed <br />development consistent with the proposed land use contained in the 2001 Comprehensive <br />Plan. Such request had been made in conjunction with the preliminary plat request. <br />3. The property lies immediately south of Pheasant Hills Preserve, which was within the <br />existing MUSA.
