General Location Map <br />2. Certificate of Survey <br />3. Applicant Narrative ( "Variance for 1487 Ash St/Finding of Facts ") <br />ANALYSIS <br />The attached Certificate of Survey shows the proposed division of the 29 -acre parcel. <br />Parcel B, approximately 18 acres, contains Mr. Bachman's home, outbuildings and <br />agricultural fields; parcel A, approximately 11 acres, contains the balance of the property. <br />The applicants report they plan to site a home fronting Ash Street and keep the northern <br />10 acres in agriculture, thereby qualifying for Green Acres status. <br />
