EXHIBIT # 3 <br />• VARIANCE FOR 1487 ASH STREET <br />FINDING OF FACTS <br />Sewer and water will not be brought through until a much later date, therefore, the land <br />can not be developed. <br />If a variance is granted, a new home along with well and septic will be occupying 1+ <br />acres. The additional 10 acres of land will be left in Green Acres and will continue to be <br />farmed. <br />There are no homes built nearby that have 330 feet of road frontage. Furthermore, a <br />new home was built last year at 1573 Ash Street with much less road frontage than <br />what we would have upon approval of a variance. <br />• <br />
