• <br />• <br />• <br />2. Wetland mitigation plans. <br />3. A park dedication plan must be outlined and defined to be acceptable by City <br />staff and the Park and Rec Board. <br />4. A landscape plan that illustrates the intended landscaping for the buffer yard <br />abutting Sunset Road. <br />5. The plat should illustrate the flight safety zones necessary to allow Lino Airpark <br />to continue to operate in the future without negatively impacting the newly <br />created single family lots. <br />6. Public Works should provide comments as to the acceptability of landscape <br />islands within the proposed cul -de -sac areas. <br />7. The applicant should describe how the wetlands and outlots will be utilized or <br />owned pertinent to the establishment of greenway corridors and whether they <br />will become public open space or owned privately through a homeowners' <br />association. <br />8. A concept plan be that illustrates the future subdivision of the exceptions (that <br />are being surrounded by the Behms Century Farm preliminary plat) including <br />potential street corridors and lot configurations that could be implemented <br />without negatively impacting Sunset Drive (collector street) or the subdivision <br />that is currently requested. <br />9.
