It seems that there is opportunity before preplanning to work with city staff <br />to at least consider incorporating. <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson stated the biggest problem is the building code is black and white. <br /> <br />Ms. Bor stated she is not sure how it will get developed or by who at this point <br />but it would help to know what staff will suggest to the developer to further <br />advance the green concept to city building. <br /> <br />4 DRAFT MINUTES
