CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />September 24, 2008 minute changes: <br /> <br />The last paragraph on page 4, after the word point add: but it would help to know <br />what staff will suggest to the developer to further advance the green concept to <br />city building. <br /> <br />Ms. DeHaven made a motion to approve the September 24, 2008 minutes with <br />changes. Mr. Brown seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Ms. Bor stated she would like add Green Building as a discussion item. <br /> <br />Ms. DeHaven stated she would like to the Green Acre Law as a discussion item <br /> <br />Ms. DeHaven made a motion to approve the agenda. Ms. Hartley seconded the <br />motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Open mike opened and closed at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />5.
