CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea called the meeting to order at 6:30p.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Additional agenda items to be added are: <br /> <br />Emerald Ash Borer discussion. <br />Land and Clean Water Conservation Summary. <br />Heron Update. <br /> <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to approve agenda. Ms. Bor seconded the <br />motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Open mike closed at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. 7868 Lake Drive (VFW Building) Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson reviewed his staff report with the Environmental Board on the <br />proposed occupancy by North Springs Church under a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The Environmental Board previously reviewed this site in 2003. Mr. Asleson <br />reviewed the Board’s previous recommendations as well as new <br />recommendations. Also reviewed were Surface Water, Landscaping and <br />Lighting. <br />DRAFT MINUTES 1
