CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. <br />` <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />January 25, 2011 Minutes - No Changes <br /> <br />Mr. Heiskary made a motion to approve the January 25, 2011 minutes. Ms. Bor <br />seconded the motion to approve the minutes. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Amend Agenda to reflect the following additional items: <br /> <br />Discussion Items: Anoka County Spring Activity Guide <br /> <br />Mr. Heiskary made a motion to approve the agenda. Ms. Bor seconded the <br />motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Open mike closed at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Storm Water Ordinance Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson stated he is recommending approval of the changes and recommend <br />forwarding on to the City Council for consideration. <br /> <br />Ms. Bor made a motion to move the Ordinance ahead. Mr. Heiskary seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously
