As such, this report represents only a preliminary review of the overall <br />subdivision and rezoning. A more detailed review will be prepared for the September <br />Planning and Zoning meeting. <br />Staff presented its analysis by explaining to accommodate the proposed development, the <br />following approvals will be necessary: <br />1.
