He stated the <br />further development of airpark lots was essential. <br />Richard Raby, 287 Palomino Lane, stated he was interested in buying one of the <br />proposed Air Park lots and he would give much less consideration to buying if it involved <br />clustered hangars. He stated his preference would be toward having individual hangars <br />that were not attached to other hangars. He stated he would be interested in a lot that had <br />a size that was the size of the current lots. He stated he would not be interested in a small <br />lot. He stated he would prefer the hangar be located close to the house and not in any <br />remote location. He stated his had this position because what this Air Park offered was <br />something unique over other airports. <br />Ernest Olsen, 306 Carl Street, stated he purcha, <br />invested in a new hangar. He stated hangars should be <br />individual hangars and the lots should be of the same size in the area. He stated the <br />zoning of R -1 should be R -1X or R -1XL.
