All refuse and recyclable materials shall be stored within the principal building or within an accessory structure (within a side or rear yard) that is totally screened from eye level view from neighboring uses and public rights of way. 11. The City Engineer provide comment and recommendation regarding the proposed sign placement within the "rainwater garden ". 12. All site signage comply with the applicable requirements of the Sign Code. 13. Pavement directional signage be provided to ensure proper site circulation. 14. The wall mounted light fixtures be changed such that the source of the light is hooded and controlled so as not to illuminate adjacent properties or public rights -of -way.
