AGENDA ITEM 5B <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Tanda Gretz <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: November 13, 2002 <br />TOPIC: Site Plan Review for UDOR Co. for <br />an expansion to their existing building <br />ACTION REQUIRED: 3/5 vote <br />• <br />BACKGROUND <br />Mr. Gordon Johnson of UDOR company is applying for a site plan review in order to <br />construct a second expansion onto their current facility at 500 Apollo Drive. UDOR first <br />constructed their 6,000 sq.ft. building in 1994. In 1999 a 2,400 sq.ft. addition was <br />constructed. The applicant is now asking for approval for a second addition of 3,600 <br />square feet, to be used for cold storage /warehousing and testing. <br />This report is based on the following attached exhibits: <br />1.
