Revised plans depicting such change shall be provided prior to City Council <br />consideration of the application. All refuse and recyclable materials shall be stored <br />within the principal building or within an accessory structure (within a side or rear <br />yard) that is totally screened from eye level view from neighboring uses and public <br />rights of way. <br />11. The City Engineer provide comment and recommendation regarding the proposed <br />sign placement within the "rainwater garden ". <br />12. All site signage comply with the applicable requirements of the Sign Code. <br />13. Pavement directional signage be provided to ensure proper site circulation. <br />14. The wall mounted light fixtures be changed such that the source of the light is hooded <br />and controlled so as not to illuminate adjacent properties or public rights -of -way. <br />Specifically, low- impact, downward - focused, low- spill, low - intensity fixtures shall be <br />used. Revised plans depicting such change shall be provided prior to City Council <br />consideration of the application. <br />15. The conditions of the TKDA letter (dated 11/5/02) related to grading, drainage and <br />utilities are satisfied.
