Environmental <br />O F <br />Memo <br />To: Katie Larsen <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />Date: June 5, 2014 <br />Re: Environmental Board Recommendations for Isabell Estates <br />The following recommendations were made by the Lino Lakes Environmental Board on May <br />28, 2014 concerning Isabelle Estates <br />1. The Tree Preservation Plan and Landscape Plan shall be resubmitted in compliance <br />with the ordinance. <br />2. A sediment and erosion control plan must be submitted and acceptable to the City. <br />3. The developer has provided 1 boulevard tree per lot frontage for each house. Tree <br />species must be the same species as those existing on the street. Arlo Lane would be <br />Thornless Honeylocust, and Lois Lane would be Freeman Maple `Celzam' if <br />available. <br />4. Any imported soils must be approved by the City. <br />5. A concrete washout area must be indicated on the Sediment and Erosion Control Plan. <br />0 Page 1 <br />
