Operation and Maintenance Agreement for stormwater management facilities will be <br />required. <br />2. The applicant must receive permits from other agencies prior to construction. Permits <br />needed include the MPCA's NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit and RCWD's <br />Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Permits. <br />GRADING PLAN <br />1. The outlet pipe for Pond 3 needs to be aligned so that it is not discharging into the <br />realigned ditch at a 90 degree angle. <br />STREET & UTILITY PLAN <br />1.
