The subdivision will result in a sewer extension consistent with Lino Lakes <br />Sewer Plan and Capital Improvement Plan. <br />A rural subdivision can demonstrate that each lot can be served by an <br />adequate sanitary sewer disposal system. <br />e. A rural subdivision with a proposed communal sanitary sewer or water <br />system has an effective long range management and maintenance program <br />with proper financing. <br />1002 -7 MUSA ALLOCATION <br />1002 -7 -1 MUSA Availability and Commitment <br />The City shall determine MUSA availability as part of the review of a submitted preliminary <br />plat/phasing plan. City approval of the plan shall constitute a commitment by the City to allocate <br />MUSA at the time of final plat approval according to the phasing plan. The criteria in Section 1002- <br />7-2 shall be considered in the review of the preliminary plat/phasing plan. <br />1002 -7 -2 MUSA Allocation Criteria <br />The following criteria shall be considered to determine if MUSA will be allocated to a preliminary <br />plat/phasing plan: <br />1. A finding is made that the development of the property is not premature. <br />2 The existing or proposed zoning of the property is consistent with the proposed use <br />3. Development of the subdivision will meet environmental design standards of the <br />Lino Lakes Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances. <br />4. The allocation is applied only to net buildable acreage. <br />A utility extension can be made to the subject property. <br />A roadway extension can be made to the subject property. <br />7.
