All parking is configured at 90° with stall <br />width measuring 9 feet and stall depth measuring 19 feet. All off - street parking spaces meet the <br />minimum dimensional requirements of Section 3, Subd. 5 of the Ordinance. <br />The parking incorporates four (4) designated disabled parking spaces in accordance with the <br />guidelines established by the Minnesota State Council on Disability. All such spaces must be <br />appropriately signed, including designation of one space as "van accessible ". <br />Landscaping. Section 3, Subd. 4(S) of the Ordinance requires adequate screening from abutting <br />residential uses and landscaping with an emphasis on the boundary or perimeter, the immediate <br />
