G <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jeff Smyser <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: February 12, 2003 <br />TOPIC: CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendments <br />BACKGROUND <br />The P & Z opened and continued the public hearing at the special meeting on January 22. <br />The staff presentation went through Section 2 and 3. The definitions (Section 1) were <br />still being reconciled with the new subdivision ordinance. This has been completed and <br />the completed section is attached to this report. <br />Section 4 — 9 concern the individual zoning districts. The staff presentation will begin <br />with Section 4, highlighting changes from the existing ordinance and noting any <br />recommended changes to the draft new ordinance. <br />As with all public hearings, public comment should be heard. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Continue the public hearing, close the public hearing, recommend adoption of the <br />draft zoning ordinance with revisions, if any. <br />2.
