For purposes of this Ordinance, domestic animal shall be <br />defined as house pets such as dogs, cats, traditional and typical animal pets, and <br />birds (not including pigeons, chickens, geese, turkeys or other domestic fowl) <br />which can be contained within a principal structure throughout the entire year, <br />provided that the containment can be accomplished without special modification <br />to the structure requiring a building permit from the City. In addition, it includes <br />rabbits normally sheltered outside the home. <br />Animals, Farm. Cattle, hogs, bees, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, horses <br />and other animals traditional and commonly accepted as farm animals in the <br />State of Minnesota. <br />Antenna Related. <br />1. Personal Wireless Service. A device consisting of a metal, carbon, fiber, <br />or other electromagnetically conducive rods or elements on a single <br />supporting pole or other structure, and used for the transmission and <br />reception of wireless communications including cellular, personal <br />communication services (PCS), enhanced specialized mobilized radio <br />(ESMR), paging and similar services. <br />2. Public or Commercial Radio and Television, Broadcast Transmitting. A <br />wire, set of wires, metal or carbon fiber rod or other electromagnetic <br />element used to transmit public or commercial broadcast radio, or <br />television programming and including the support structure thereof. <br />3. Public Utility Microwave. A parabolic dish or cornucopia shaped <br />electromagnetically reflective or conductive element used for the <br />transmission and /or reception of point to point UHF or VHF radio waves in <br />wireless telephone communications, and including the support structure <br />thereof. <br />4. Radio and Television Receiving. A wire, set of wires, metal or carbon <br />fiber element(s) other than satellite dish antennas, used to receive radio, <br />television, or electromagnetic waves, and including the support structure <br />thereof. <br />5. Satellite Dish.
