An elevation ten (10) feet higher than the lowest grade when the sidewalk <br />or ground surface described in Item 1 above is more than ten (10) feet <br />above lowest grade. <br />The height of a stepped or terraced building is the maximum height of any <br />segment of the building. <br />Building Line. A line parallel to a lot line or the ordinary high water level at the <br />required setback beyond which a structure may not extend. <br />Building, Pole. An accessory roof -like structure, which is either attached to or <br />detached from an allowable primary building: which is open on all sides, other <br />than where attached: and, which is located over and designed to provide cover <br />for entrances, exits, walkways, and approved off - street vehicle service areas. <br />Channel. A natural or artificial depression of perceptible extent, with definite <br />bed and banks to confine and conduct water either continuously or periodically. <br />Church. A building, together with its accessory buildings and use; where <br />persons regularly assemble for religious worship and which building, together <br />with its accessory buildings are uses, is maintained and controlled by a religious <br />body organized to sustain public worship. <br />City Council. The governing body for the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Club or Lodge. A club or lodge is a non - profit association of persons who are <br />bonafide members paying annual dues, use of premises being restricted to <br />members and their guests. <br />Commercial Use. The principal use of land or buildings for the sale, lease, <br />40 rental or trade of products, goods and services, including, but not limited to: <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Title / Application / Rules <br />1 -15 <br />
