A business conducted as part of a residential use <br />which is beyond the limits and scope of activities for home occupations as <br />defined by this subdivision. <br />Home Occupation. Any activity by a resident carried out for business purposes <br />and which activity is clearly incidental and secondary to the residential use of the <br />premises, and which activity does not change the residential character thereof. <br />Homeowners Association. A community association, other than a <br />condominium association, which is organized in a development in which <br />individual owners share common interests in open space or facilities. <br />Horse Arena.
