• Lot, Through. A lot fronting on two parallel streets. <br />• <br />• <br />Lot, Triangular. A lot in which the side lot lines converge into a single vertex. <br />The vertex shall be deemed to be the rear lot line. <br />Lot, Unit. Lots created from the subdivisions of a two family dwelling or <br />quadraminkimtownhome having different minimum lot size requirements than the <br />conventional base lots within the zoning district. <br />Lot Width. The horizontal distance between the side lot line of a lot measured at <br />the front building setback line and parallel to the front lot line. If the front lot line <br />is curved, such as on a cul -de -sac, the lot width is measured along a line parallel <br />to a tangent to the front lot line. <br />Manufactured Home. A manufactured home means a structure, transportable <br />in one or more sections, which in the traveling mode is eight (8) body feet or <br />more in width, or forty (40) body feet or more in length, or, when erected on side, <br />is three hundred twenty (320) or more square feet, and which is built on a <br />permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without <br />permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the <br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; <br />except that the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and <br />with respect to which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certificate required by <br />the Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development and complies with the standards established under Minnesota <br />Statute 327 including the Manufactured Home Building Code adopted therein. <br />Manufactured Home Subdivision. A subdivision designed and /or intended for <br />the sale of lots for residential occupancy by manufactured homes. <br />Manufactured Home Park. Any site, lot, field or tract of land upon which two (2) <br />or more occupied manufactured homes are located, either free of charge or for <br />compensation, and includes any buildings or structures used or intended for use <br />as part of the equipment of the manufactured home park. <br />Manufactured Home Lot. A plot of land for placement of a single manufactured <br />home within a manufactured home park. <br />Medical- and - -- Dental Clinic -_ A-- str-ueture - -ante ee -- far —prc vi iin <br />lcal—and <br />without overnight care available. <br />Mini Self - Storage — Warehouse.
